Smile transformation with conventional bridgework
Mrs PE was suffering from loose, painful teeth and was embarrassed about her smile.
Having previously been told that her only option was to remove all her teeth and provide dental implants, She came to see us at 34 Dental for an alternative solution.
Whilst a number of teeth did have to be removed, working closely with our hygienist we managed to save the majority of her teeth and control her gum disease.
Sunny was then able use the remaining teeth as supports to provide her a naturally looking ceramic bridge without the need for surgery. PE can now eat and smile in comfort and her confidence has been restored.

All-on-four teeth in a day
This is patient AM. She presented with advanced gum disease of all the upper teeth and the bottom for front teeth and the teeth had drifted over time.
The patient was keen to avoid an upper removable denture. She had an all-on-four teeth in a day (teeth removed, implants placed and a fixed set of teeth provided).
The loose lower teeth were replaced with a dental bridge. The patient can now smile, eat and speak with confidence and comfort.

Dental implants
This is patient PW. He presented with a very loose upper denture that kept dropping out when he tried to talk and eat.
Unfortunately, he had significant bone shrinkage in the upper jaw making convential implant placement not possible. With advanced surgical techniques, Dr George was able to place 6 extra-maxillary (cheek) implants avoiding the need for bone grafting.
A teeth in a day procedure was done to allow a full arch implant bridge to be provided, which was then replaced with the final bridge after 4 months. Being without a bulky removable denture, the patient can now eat, speak and smile with confidence.

Crown replacement
This is patient SK. He was referred by his own dentist and his front post crown had fractured and kept coming out and he had to use denture glue to periodically stick it back in.
The roots of his two upper front teeth had fractured and there was an infection with another tooth. The two front teeth were replaced with immediate implants and the adjacent tooth root canal treated to clear any residual infection.
The three old crowns have been replaced with high strength, highly aesthetic metal free zirconia restorations. SK can now eat and smile with comfort knowing that the tooth will not come out.
