We have just had our daughter’s braces removed, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire journey. From start to finish, the team Sheena, Khusbu and Lynsey have been nothing short of exceptional. Every appointment was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They always took the time to explain each step, answer questions, and make sure our daughter felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. The transformation in her smile is absolutely incredible—better than we could have imagined. Her teeth look beautifully aligned, natural, and healthy. The level of detail and precision in their work is obvious, and the results speak for themselves. What really stood out was the warmth and friendliness of everyone in the practice. They made every visit feel easy and positive, turning what could have been a stressful experience into something our daughter actually looked forward to. I recently was referred by my regular dentist to have 2 teeth extracted under iv sedation. I had never had any extractions before and was very nervous about the process, coupled with a strong gag reflex. I should not have worried. The whole experience was fantastic. The team went out of their way to reassure me and explain the procedure, calming my fears and addressing my concerns. Lynsey and Dan were very reassuring , making numerous calls to address my questions about the sedation and how I would cope with the extractions. I would unreservedly recommend the practice to anyone, as specially those nervous of the dentist.

A genuinely outstanding dental practice I had a great experience during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, Diya, the receptionist, made me feel welcome and well looked after. During my check-up, Charlie, the nurse, was attentive throughout, which added to the overall comfort of the appointment. Dr Shaila carried out my check-up with real attention to detail. She took the time to offer advice and clear recommendations, and her cleaning was done with extra care. It’s rare to feel both reassured and thoroughly looked after at the same time, but she managed both effortlessly. Overall, the staff were friendly, professional, and meticulous in every respect. The 34 Dental Practice has become my first choice for dental care, and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
I Highly recommend this practice. I was referred to 34 dental for a tricky extraction that my own dentist could not do and also due to me having dental anxiety and needing IV sedation . I had the most personal and assuring advice and service from Lynsey leading up to the appointment with any questions or concerns I had, nothing was ever too much trouble for her, even on her days off . On the day of my treatment Lynsey was there to greet me at the entrance with the warmest biggest smile and immediately made me feel reassured and more relaxed . My treatment was provided by Sunny (dentist) Lynsey (sedation nurse) and Diya (trainee sedation nurse) and from the moment I entered the room they all did their very best to put all my anxieties to one side in a kind patient and caring manner . They even asked me what my favourite music was for me to listen to during the build up and the procedure itself , which made things even more personal . Iv sedation I would recommend to anyone who has had traumatic tooth removals in the past like me or has a fear of the dentists . I am certain I was asleep as I do not recall any of the procedure and it was surgical too so slightly complex. I have always had a huge phobia about loosing teeth and regularly have nightmares about it . But I can honestly say if I did need a tooth removal again in the future I would be back to 34 dental in a heartbeat and I would never have the weeks of dread/sleepless night's leading up to it . Full detailed aftercare was provided and Lynsey has checked up on me 24 hours later even though it’s the weekend along with Sunny checking I was ok too. Really great people and worth every penny . Lynsey as sedation nurse is a total asset to the practice, .. everything she assured me of was correct so thank you she really goes above and beyond !
Anu gave me the most fantastic hygienic clean. She is a very nice lady and she is the most wonderful hygienist I have ever meet. She was very kind and gentle. I would highly recommend her. I would encourage everyone to have their teeth hygienically cleaned and I would recommend her colleagues Diya. She was lovely and supportive to Anu during the procedure. Top rated dental services. K3 Dental were great, brilliant accomodation and reassurance from Lynsey and Diya :) My surgeons Dan and Charlie were super fast and reassuring as well.
I was referred to 34 Dental for an extraction under sedation due to my anxiety with having dental work. During the pre-sedation meeting with Lynsey she wanted to understand my concerns, put me at ease about the whole procedure and I went away feeling reassured. There was a last minute cancellation the following day that I took. Again, Lynsey greeted up at reception and reassured me about the process. Sunny put me at ease whilst preparing the sedation, and completed the procedure with Lynsey and Diya supporting. It went well and I didn't know it happened, due to being totally relaxed. I would like to thank Lynsey, Sunny and Diya for their kindness and support. Highly recommend.
Well what can I about the brilliant service I have had from this dental practice I went in for some orthodontist work and was told it would take 15 months to complete due to some fantastic work from Sheena it will be now complete in 11 months so some four months ahead of schedule also thank to the very pleasant nurse Khusbu .whenever I have had only concerns with my booking dates or other concerns the receptionist Lynsey always manages to sort me out and goes out of her way to help cannot ask for a better service from all concerned so a massive thank you to you all
Excellent professional and friendly service. Sheena was very competent and efficient and always put me at ease. The Invisalign treatment went as described and I'm delighted with the result. Thoroughly recommended.

I went to this practice, even though it is some way from home, because I knew I would need some serious dental work in the future. I've just had that work done and I'm delighted I made that choice: full marks to Sunny, the dentist, Charlie the nurse and Lyndsey the care coordinator. Full marks also to Shaila, the general dentist and all the other team members who have looked after me. Everyone there has always been friendly, caring and professional and I could not recommend them higher.
A really fantastic dental practice this practice came highly recommended by a friend so pleased I found them Dr Sunny is such a kind gentle dentist along with his lovely nurse Charlie. I had a last-minute dental emergency right before the weekend, and I’m so grateful to have been seen so quickly and taken care of so professionally. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Lynsey, the treatment coordinator, was incredibly kind and efficient. She made the booking process smooth, even on such short notice. Sunny the dentist, was calm, knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. Diya the nurse was friendly and professional.
Wonderful dental practice! The whole team are so professional and welcoming, from Diya on the front desk to my usual dentist Shaila and nurse Charlie. I've always been apprehensive of going to the dentist, but Shaila is very understanding and always makes the process go well. I no longer dread it when my appointment is coming up!! I've also had a tooth extraction from Sunny, which was painless and over very quickly. Followed the post-treatment instructions and healed up in no time. Would definitely recommend this surgery if you're considering a new dentist!
From the moment I walked in, the experience has been exceptional. Lynsey from the front office team set the tone with her warm welcome, detailed briefing, and clear explanation of the entire journey — from process to treatment. Her follow-up calls throughout each stage made me feel genuinely cared for and completely at ease. During the treatment itself, nurses Diya and Charlie were outstanding — incredibly reassuring, attentive, and kind. They made sure I was comfortable at every step and looked after me with such professionalism. They worked incredibly well and organised as a team. As for Dr. Sunny Kotecha— I can honestly say he is the most meticulous and professional dentist / implant specialist I’ve ever met. It was clear he had reviewed my notes multiple times before each appointment to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. Even while attending a grafting course in Germany, he reached out to his team reached to update me on the treatment plan for the following week. That level of dedication and communication was truly impressive and gave me complete peace of mind. The implant procedure was handled with such care and precision. From the moment I entered the room, I was made to feel relaxed. We reviewed the treatment again, everyone was in surgical gowns including me, and the environment was calm and reassuring — I almost fell asleep during the procedure! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sunny and his team to anyone. They are caring, transparent, and utterly professional — no gimmicks, just genuine excellence.

I was quite apprehensive about visiting the dentist for a long time, but after finally booking an appointment, I honestly wish I had gone sooner. My treatment was with Viren, the gum specialist, and the experience has been outstanding. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, which really put me at ease, and thanks to his expertise most of my severe gum issues have now been resolved. The customer service here is amazing too. Lynsey has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout, and Marcia at the front desk is always so kind, welcoming, and reassuring. Together with the rest of the team, they make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Had been a long while since I had visited the dentist, I was apprehensive at first but that soon disappeared once I got talking to Dr Shaila Kotecha and her team Becki and Charlie. Thanks for the friendly but professional work carried out so far, only regret I didn’t book in a lot sooner.
WOW Were do i start im petrified of dentists Had a bad rotten tooth for about a year n half because i couldnt find a dentist who understood n cared about there patients needs instead of just being a number In my opinion these are the best dentist n I've tried alot of dentists So warm,understanding,don't pressure you Fully explain everything,they go at your pace,not you at theirs They have little special touches,with free drinks,tv on ceiling in dental room,they play you your own music putting you at ease,you come 1st I can't praise shaila,sunny and lynsey enough lovely people Dentist is private but you get what you pay for n in my opinion is worth every penny. Nice to find a business who puts there patients 1st n genuinely care I will never go back to nhs 34 dental are my forever Thanks
Amazing. Shaila is really lovely, herself and Charlie replaced my fixed retainer, thank you! Shaila and Charlie made it a calm place to be for treatment. You can see they work great together. My new fixed retainer feels so smooth and perfect. Shaila goes above and beyond- She took an X-Ray and checked extra little things, and when at first she wasn’t happy with the retainer being a slightly different material to my previous retainer, which had worked well for a number of years- she asked if I could come back when she had it available, so she could finish it to the highest standard possible. Thanks Shaila & Charlie! Thanks to Lynsey who fitted me in at short notice, and then when I needed to change my appointment it was no problem for her. Over the phone and in person she’s super helpful and friendly. Also you receive gentle reminders of appointments through text and email, really helpful. Thanks Lynsey. Adam
Admittedly I try to avoid dentist, but after visiting 34 dental practice my view has changed , you are met by lynsey very friendly happy face when walk in , sonny the dentist very understanding and explained everything not forgetting amrit the hygienist who made me feel at ease
I recently had my braces removed at 34 Dental and couldn't be happier. The whole process was smooth. The team was friendly from Lynsey who helped me with booking my appointment to my orthodontist Dr. Shaila who was very professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from my braces journey, I now feel very confident with my smile. I highly recommend 34 Dental for anyone considering any dental treatments.
The whole practice is run very professionally. I just had two implants handled by Sunny and aided by Charlie the nurse. Sunny is so thorough and precise in his work and explained each stage of the process. I am so thrilled with the result; the teeth look perfect and I am now enjoying being able to eat again properly on both sides of my mouth. I have set up my next follow up appointment through Lynsey (Admin) and would recommend the practice without hesitation
Had such a stress free and amazing experience at this dental practice! Lynsey from the reception was very welcoming and offered to make us a drink on arrival.. and kept making sure my daughter was ok in the waiting area, She also took the xray my daughter needed to have and kept reassuring her and helped her. Dan and Becki were amazing! They were brilliant with my daughter she was so worried and scared but they made her feel at ease! Dan was just amazing with my daughter, Kept making sure my daughter was ok during the precedure. Dan also explained everything to my daughter in a way she could understand what was going to happen and what to expect. Sheena was amazing also, she made sure everything was ok, explained everything in was very easy to understand and informative way. Cannot thank the whole team enough! You was all brilliant! And thank you for making the whole experience stress free and ensuring my daughter was ok! Would definitely recommend them all!
I had seen Sunny at my dental practice; I had tripped and lost both my front teeth. He spent a lot of time explaining my options, and on deciding on sedation for my implant treatment referred me to 34 Dental. From the first contact from the lovely Lynsey, who was just wonderful at allaying my fears (I am a bit dentist phobic after a bad root canal experience) to Sunny again discussing the procedure I was less nervous than I thought. The sedation definitely helped :-) but I cannot fault the care I received from Sunny, Lynsey and Diya . Sunny even called me the following day to see how I was doing. From start to finish the treatment was exemplary, from true professionals and in a calm environment.

This is not my regular dentist but I have come for specialist dental treatment. The service is amazing. I was having major dental treatment in a day and Lindsey got me a glucose drink as I was feeling a bit weak and had not eaten anything. Lindsey took her time and chatted with me which was lovely, did not feel I was at the dentist or rushed. Viren my Periodontist was amazing, he took the time to explain the whole process and the cost, he made sure no unnecessary work was carried out. He made sure I was comfortable continuously as I am afraid of needles. Charlie the nurse also made sure I was comfortable when I got anxious. I would definitely recommend this dentist if you need some good dental treatment.
My visit with Hygienist Anu and Nurse Charlie was excellent as were their results. Thanks to Lindsey, the Patient Care Coordinator, for scheduling my next appointment in February at a convenient time for me. A wonderful experience.
Been using this dental practice for over a year. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Sunny is extremely talented and a fantastic, down to earth guy. Really gets to know you, discusses all of your options and is completely honest and trustworthy. Anu, my hygienist, is so gentle I fell asleep during my cleaning and....star of the show, the wonderful...multi talented Lynsey who has exemplary customer service skills, an award winning smile and is ultra efficient and really friendly! Absolutely brilliant team, have never enjoyed going to a dentist before but now I do! Well done 34!
Just had an extraction which I was dreading. There was no need, Dr Sunny Kotecha, his nurse Charlie and receptionist Aman were all brilliant. Exceptional care.

I was referred to 34 Dental by my local dentist.A fantastic first consultation with Damian, using cutting edge scan equipment which revealed a large cyst at the base of ancient root canal work. Dan Saund was the most skilful and caring oral surgeon, ably assisted by Becki. Lynsey coordinated my treatment so professionally. She even arranged an ad hoc meeting with a practice dentist just ahead of the procedure to steady my nerves. All of the team were aware of my treatment plan. A follow up call to check on my progress was excellent. A very caring, professional team. Thank you all so much.

I've been to Damien for a root canal twice now and both times he's been amazing, no discomfort at all during the procedure. He's very knowledgeable and clearly cares about what he does and is always happy to take the time to explain everything. Lynsey and Charlie were also super friendly and welcoming at my appointment today, I really appreciate how kind and reassuring everyone's been each time I've visited and how great the quality of the work always is!

Highly recommend this dental practice. Explained everything very clearly that was involved with my bottom dental implants. Clear about treatment and pricing. Gentle and efficient during the procedure. Clean and comfortable practice, staff are very pleasant, polite, welcoming and good communication.
This is not my regular dentist, but I had to attend for a difficult extraction. There was a friendly greeting from the receptionist and I had a short wait in the pleasant waiting area. Sunny made me feel at ease and explained what the procedure involved. The tooth was removed in a relatively short time and then the after-care was explained to me. An email was also sent with details of post-operative instructions. The whole experience was very well managed and I felt at ease and in capable hands at all times.
Sunny and the team at 34 Dental have been the epitome of calm professional efficiency for all of my visits. Everything about the work I had done has been explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered. Sunny made sure I was happy with every step before proceeding.
