Our daughter was referred here for a tooth extraction, after our usual dentist had tried, but failed, to extract the tooth. Our daughter was nervous after the previous negative experience elsewhere. Lyndsey and Lauren took the time to put our daughter at ease. Dan also put our daughter at ease and quickly removed this tricky tooth. We paid a large fee for this service, which I get was necessary in this case and our expectations were exceeded. Thank you.

I was Referred to 34 Dental Practice by my local dentist due to needing what seemed to be a complex wisdom tooth extraction surgically. I was made me to feel so welcome the moment I entered the building, by the lady on reception (I'm sorry I've forgotten your name) the team in the room with me were fantastic! Constantly reassured me and told me I was doing really well and making general conversation and jokes to make me feel settled. Best practice I've ever been to and considering making them my dentist despite being 30mins away 😁😁 thank you team at 34 Dental!!! Remember, stay hydrated 😂 ( the team in the room will understand).

I had a tooth extraction a week ago. I am very nervous at the dentist and I was told by my dentist the extraction was problematic. The team at 34 Dental Practice were excellent! I chose to have sedation which I was very grateful for. They were very professional, took there time to discuss everything, made me feel calm and didn't rush. The extraction itself took seconds. The care was second to non. We even had a laugh which is something I never do at the dentist. The after care was excellent to. Thank you all very much !!

34 Dental was recommended to me by my regular dentist for specialist work to rehabilitate my teeth following wear. From my first contact, the practice made a very good impression. Lynsey, the Patient Care Coordinator, was polite, efficient and helpful when I initially got in touch. I then had an assessment with Sunny, which was thorough and reassuring. He explained the options clearly, gave straightforward advice, and immediately put me at ease. That matters a lot to someone like me who still remembers dental treatment as a child in the 1960s. I subsequently returned for the treatment itself, which was carried out by Sunny, assisted by dental nurse Charlie. The procedure was completed in under an hour and was handled calmly, professionally and efficiently throughout. It is clear to me that this is a practice experienced in dealing with specialist referrals and more complex dental issues. I felt well informed, well looked after and confident in the treatment I received. From my experience, I would be very happy to recommend 34 Dental.

Had a tooth inplant and a bridge also a bone graft recently at 34 dental, being a nervous patient i was very worried but didnt need to be due to lynsey being exceptionally good at her job and assured me that everything would be fine which it was. Sunny did the work on my mouth and was exellent, i had an issue at first just after the treatment but it was rectified very quickly. They are all very helpful and friendly professional people. I was satisfied to the extent that i have even taken out a monthy plan for my dental checks with them. Thanks to all the staff that helped me regain my smile and i would recommend anyone to go here. Last year I lost my front tooth whilst eating and I was devastated! I wanted a long term solution so I chose to get an implant and I was referred by an emergency dentist to 34 Dental where they took care of all my needs. My root canal treatment was taken care of by a professional Endo - Damian, a full clean by a hygiene specialist Shaila and my implant was fitted by a professional implantologist - Sunny. I am very pleased that I chose 34 Dental where the staff was always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Lynsey, Diya, Charlie, Damian, Shaila and most importantly Sunny! Don’t usually leave reviews but can’t praise 34 Dental enough. Surprise root canal in the middle of a move to the other end of the country! Potential disaster situation. But Shaila squeezed in my first assessment at very short notice. Lynsey on reception was brilliant, especially organising the antibiotics I briefly needed; all reception staff super helpful too. Finally Damien Kirk my dentist has been excellent. Very very happy with this practice.

Had a root canal and filling which is never pleasant but felt very looked after by everyone at 34 Dental. Lyndsey was great and made me feel very at ease before my appointment.

Dr Sheena was my orthodontist and she has been so nice and helpful, always letting me know why she’s doing what she’s doing and making my whole braces journey much better. The practise itself is really welcoming, beautifully decorated and well kept.

I went to see the dentist yesterday for the first time in years as I am very nervous. The dentist Shaila and the nurse Charlie had a chat with me and put me at ease straight away. I felt comfortable and cared for. Shaila gave me lots of information about costs and plans. Today I went back to join the membership plan and was helped by Lynsey the patient care coordinator. Lynsey had lots of time for me we had a lovely chat and she was very helpful. A lovely dentist surgery with lovely people working there ai would recommend.

As a nervous patient I was not looking forward to having a tooth extracted. I was invited to have a chat with Lynsey and Sunny the week before where I was reassured and had the sedation side of things fully explained to me. On the day of the extraction I felt a lot more relaxed and the sedation certainly helped. There is plenty of information given for aftercare regarding the do's and don'ts. A big thank you to Sunny and Lynsey and also to the other young lady who's name I didn't catch.

Couldn’t recommend the team of Shaila, Diya and Becki enough ! From the start of my Invisalign journey to all the appointments and aftercare, they have always been happy to help and have been great from start to finish.

I had a polyp in my lower lip removed by Sunny three weeks ago. (laser treatment) I felt before the treatment nervous but Sunny talked me through the process and during the laser treatment I felt save. I had my check up this week and the heeling process is great. Thanks to Sunny, Charlie and Lynsey.

Having moved into the area recently, I was wanting to change my dental practice. As always, these things can be very hit and miss. Luckily for me, it was a hit! I registered online and was called a week before to check that I was still able to attend, along with follow up email/text. Great customer centric service from the get-go! The morning of my first initial new patient check up, I was greeted by the warm and friendly (+ smiley face) of the wonderful Lynsey. Lynsey was very organised and available to answer my questions, I felt like I was being given the time and space to register properly. My initial check-up was with the equally reassuring and considered Shaila, who talked me through the check up and options for my oral care. I was then booked in for my (overdue) routine hygiene appointment by Lynsey with the lovely Amrit. I've been seeing Amrit for 6-monthly check-ups at a previous clinic, so it was great to have this familiarity too. Along with the other team members I have dealt with, I can say for certain, it's been a great experience so far! Long may it continue! :)

I’m now one week post–wisdom teeth removal, and the entire experience—from extraction to recovery—has been smooth from start to finish. My dentist referred me to Dan at 34 Dental after I’d been suffering with my wisdom tooth, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Lynsey kept in touch ahead of my appointment and was always on hand to answer any questions and offer reassurance. On the day, oral surgeon Dan and Becki were amazing and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The procedure itself was incredibly quick—I was in the chair for less than five minutes. I had Dan and Becki remove my wisdom tooth. The surgery was a really positive experience for me and I was constantly reassured throughout the procedure. Lynsey the patient care coordinator is extremely helpful and was happy to help and answer questions the whole way through from booking my first consultation right up to my surgery.

Brilliant service, i needed a scan, was reffed to 34 Dental. An appointment was made and seen straight away. I was greeted by the team. Had a great coffee and got my scan done .

Service at 34 dental was calm, less painful and quicker than I expected. I had been booked earlier in the year for a frenectomy but I missed the first appointment. Diya responded to all my emails and even provided an official letter when I needed one. Dr Dan was also great, talked me through the whole procedure and just like he promised very little to no pain. Everyone at 34 was amazing before and during my visit and the procedure went well. Big thanks to Dr Dan, Diya, Charlie and Lynsey.

I recently was referred by my regular dentist to have 2 teeth extracted under iv sedation. I had never had any extractions before and was very nervous about the process, coupled with a strong gag reflex. I should not have worried. The whole experience was fantastic. The team went out of their way to reassure me and explain the procedure, calming my fears and addressing my concerns. Lynsey and Dan were very reassuring , making numerous calls to address my questions about the sedation and how I would cope with the extractions. I would unreservedly recommend the practice to anyone, as specially those nervous of the dentist.
